"Great location. Easy to travel from"

"Came with my husband, parents, and sister and her husband, small dog and 2 children. The property gave us ample space to enjoy time together and relax apart. It was clean and inviting when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had good pressure. We enjoyed some beautiful walks from the property, with views over Barmouth. This was a great base for our family trip to North Wales. 😊"

"We stayed here as a family of 19 for 2 nights over New Year ranging from age 5-70. It was good as we all had our own individual cottages with kitchens, living rooms and bathroom which gave us our own space but the communal area is the Hall was being enough when we wanted to be together. Only issue was the gas heaters and log burners not working properly in a couple of cottages but electric heaters were available and there is central heating in two of the cottages. "We had a fabulous time here. The property is excellent, check in a breeze, location idyllic and hosts fantastic.We really had a great relaxing time. The home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We used the slow cooker which I wasn't expecting them to have. A great stock of board games too. It is truly a home away from home. Hot tub was brilliant, my daughter loved it. We will definitely be back but for longer. "

"It was a much needed night away. Very clean and comfortable with lovely views at the front of the hotel -dual aspect. Had a noisy neighbour,(child on phone), but it settled down. Downside was in places the floor seemed uneven and very squeaky but as it was just one night this was fine."

"Overall, we have a good stay. Lots of free on site parking. Check in was easy but the room was quite far with lots of up and down stairs). The room itself was fine, nice to have snacks. Could have been a bit cleaner and the TV was tiny. The bathroom was good but the shower screen is too small so water would drip outside of the bathtub onto the floor. "We love Llandudno. 1st stay at the Grand wont be the last. Great view from the room, great size room. Could have been cleaner, wouldnt take much. Good clean bedding. Value for money. The outstanding points are your waitress Jo at dinner and breakfast who went above and beyond to make our stay great, and one of the chefs at breakfast (unfortunately i didnt get his name). They're the ones that make the difference. "

Fabulous stay!

"All the staff at the Royal Oak couldn’t have done anything more to help us during our stay. From advising us how to get to Pen-Y-Pass, which routes to take up Snowdon and where is good to eat. The food was great and a good range of options for all on the menu. Hotel itself is a little tired and could do with decorating in some places but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to do Snowdon again (which is likely) and would recommend it to others as well. "
