"Although very slightly a little old fashioned it was excellent. The main asset of this hotel is the staff as every single person we met with was very friendly, courteous and efficient. Probably suits the more mature clientele, which is us, and the entertainment in the evening most likely would get through the auditions on Britain’s Got Talent but this is more than made up for by the staff and delicious food especially breakfasts. "

"Cosy little room. Very clean. Would have liked a bit more space for the price but had a lovely stay. Unfortunately there were houses and night club very close by, and was kept awake by a party til 12:30am and then was woken by a gang fighting outside at 4:30am. Not the owners of the hotel fault but lack of sleep wasn’t great."

"We only needed a base for a few days and the hotel was exactly what we wanted. We had a lovely meal there on the first night and our room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was the toilet flush which was a bit of a pain."
