"Nice place, but customer service very slow."

"First thing to say is that the staff were great. The location is fabulous but the place is a little tired. The room was lovely but (here’s an example of tired) the bathroom window was warped so wouldn’t close. The restaurant/bar was closed so there was no place to go other than our room. It also meant, of course, that we had to find somewhere to eat each night and, as the WiFi signal was poor in our room and there was no phone signal, making bookings was not easy. "Couldn't really fault for the price paid. Modern and spotless. Good location for the town, and very friendly helpful staff. All good. Nice boozer too. Public parking around the corner - and its free! Downside is its often full during the day - better to wait until after 5pm if you can. There are plenty of other parking options around the town. All personal preference - but a later check out would have been nice; we are not 10am people!"
