"Great value for money right downtown Livorno. Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable breakfast included with helpful service. Lack of drawer space or shelves. No elevator so needed help with suitcases, which was freely given. Also there was a step up into the bathroom, so a trip hazard in the night. Overall we were very satisfied and chose to stay again on a return visit. Recommendation: try the Cafe Duomo for dinner, just a short block away."

"Great views and quiet location. Parking very limited, but I as able to park on property both times. WiFi good in public areas, didn’t work in room. Cell phone signal weak inside as well. I would stay again for the location, but I understand the church may not be renewing contract as a hotel next year (2018)."

"This place should be calle Miramosquito instead of Miramare. This is an outright camp site. And the reality is that you should be prepared to deal with the huge insects that feast on your blood. Bring your bug spray. Overall, the bungalow it self was basic and clean but way too many bugs And unfortunately, the beach is rocky and though the view of the Mediterranean is enticing, the fact that the bungalow lacks screens and air conditioning makes it very uncomfortable to stay in.
