"I loved the layout of the property. There was plenty of space to congregate or segregate. Google house was fun. There was a couple very small things like a used sponge for dishes , There was only 1 pod for dishwasher (I left a bag) A heavier wall decoration had fallen off the wall behind toilet in the main bathroom. However these are barely worth mentioning. It was very clean and very cozy! Plenty of TV viewing choices was a plus! Overall I highly recommend! "

"Very clean cabin with a great view. Everything was clean and neat. There's a hot tub on the porch which was perfect for soaking and looking at the stars on a night that would otherwise be too cold to be outside. In the morning we were able to watch a family of deer play in the field out front and saw a group of turkeys wander through. I would definitely stay here again."

"We loved this cabin! After a long day of volunteering with hurricane clean-up, it was nice to stay in a safe, quaint, and beautiful cabin. The driveway into the property was the only reason I did not give the "area around the property" 5 stars. However, I suspect the recent flooding is what made the driveway so bumpy. Overall, it was terrific, though! Ed was a great host!"

"The Cabin is secluded, but close to Spruce Pine and Little Switzerland. There was no internet or cable on our visit, which was disappointing, as we had hoped to cuddle up and watch Christmas movies. There isn't central heat, it's a split unit, and I didn't feel like it was as warm as the degree it was set on; however, overall, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathroom had many items you may have forgotten."
