"We stayed for a week while working in Black Mountain / Swannanoa. This beautiful home was a fantastic place to recoup and connect with our group. Plenty of space, more than enough beds, multiple bathrooms, and lots of seats at the dinner table. A beautiful view of the valley from the front porch. "

"This was a very nice home to spend Christmas. Access from the main road is good and it is easy to get to. The house is a nice size and has a nice large dining room to have family meals together. It is a very cozy warm home with a nice large fenced in yard. One of the neighbors told us it was once the mayors home. I would stay here again. "

"My husband and I stayed in this charming home, and for the weekend had our son and his family join us. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen equipped so I could prepare a big taco meal and eat out on the patio in the evening. We all enjoyed the screened porch and the big yard, playing hide and seek with the grandkids. We left just before the hurricane and hope that this home did not suffer the damage to the area."

"The cabin is beautiful. I love the kitchen and utensils! The size is excellent and affordable. The only downside was the bathroom upstairs and the water pressure in both bathrooms. The garbage disposal and dishwasher did not work at the end of our stay. It would be nice if dog lovers could bring their four-legged babies to this beautiful cabin. Other than that, we loved this place! "

"This house was excellent. It was secluded and private but still very close to the town center. There was hiking trails and plenty of space for my dogs to explore. "This house was amazing. We spent Christmas here as a family, and loved everything. The house was so well stocked (probably the best we have ever stayed in). The views are breathtaking the surround sound system was great for Christmas music. The steps down to the lake are intense BUT the host describes them well. "We love this magical cabin. It is decorated in mushrooms and woodland whimsy inside and out. It was well-equipped for a comfortable stay. "We had a great stay. Kelley was communicative about the details and responded to questions in a timely manner. Location was convenient to downtown Black Mountain. The only issue is the lack of cell phone service, which not a fault of the property, just stating so others are aware. You have to use WiFi calling.
