"You arrive at Drifters as a guest and leave as FAMILY!! Ive stayed at numerous hotels in negril, all very nice. However, Drifters is simply Magical! I booked originally for 5 night stay but the connections and experience I had there made me extend my stay 2 more nights!!! I WILL be back! So much so, that Drifters will be tired to see my face. Lol. A Massive Thanks n Nuff Apprecilove to you all! Sharmaine from Mandeville xxx 😃🙂😘"

"When I first arrived at the property I was put in a room with a broken lock and no hot water. They wanted me to pay an additional $460 US to move into a better room with hot water, because hot water wasn’t included with my original reservation. I moved to a different room at a cost of $200 dollars to have hot water. They didn’t clean the room or do anything at all in the 23 days I was there. I tried to cancel the reservation but the hotel said no refunds and orbitz wouldn’t do anything to help...

"This property was so quiet and peaceful which was the balance I needed. The staff were always ready to help. The security man organized transportation for me such that moving to and from the property was much easierr. The property is close to some really great restaurants including Rick’s Cafe. Watch out for grabby drivers who just want to take advantage of your ignorance. Bargain prices first before going places."
