"Hotel was clean and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and sauna/steam room facilities. Check in and out was straightforward. Grounds were lovely. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but it is well situated and easy walking distance to the centre. Breakfast was disappointing as took over half an hour to come, was not very big (mushroom was only half a slice!) and toast had gone cold as was served when we sat down so had to ask some more. Staff were attentive and professional....

"Harbor Hotel is outstanding for service, cleanliness and for the restaurant on the top floor with a harbor view. If you are going on a cruise ship they transport you for free to it. If you arrive before the check in time, there is a spa and gym."

"It has a convenient location close to the central station. But there’s no accessible microwave even though they have dining area so we had to have cold dinner, and the McDonald around also doesn’t open to walk-ins all day long as they advertised."

"I would’ve given it 5 stars for staff helpful and friendliness but today I asked a young man if someone could please bring my suitcase down I was using one of my 2 crutches and was shattered just walking with my handbag. He said to me is the lift not working and then can’t you do it yourself! Every other member of staff were fantastic helped me in and out on my mobility scooter which they let me leave charging in their cloakroom. They moved my room to one nearer the lift and it was great very...

"Great location, with a short walk to the beach and town. Our room was quiet and had a wonderful sea view. Plenty of nice seating areas around the hotel. Staff were very efficient, helpful and polite. The food was good quality with plenty of choices. "
