"The property was very clean and was equipped with everything you need (and with things that you never knew you needed!). Good location for exploring the local area, it really is a very pretty part of the world. For a 1 bed property it is very spacious and the outside area is a real sun trap."

"Lovely little lodge with lots of sweet extra touches like fairy lights, a cosy fireplace and outdoor bath. The fully enclosed, large garden is ideal for dogs and children, with beautiful views from every angle. Lovely to see horses and cows so close. Jon is an excellent and very friendly host. "Had a really great time in this house. Ample space for everyone to chill out, relax and the location was pretty good too. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight. Well manicured lawn, play area, lounge."

"First, the only way go stay closer to the cathedral would be to pitch a tent on the lawn! So much room, large kitchen and separate dining room. Really large bedrooms. Entire house super well kept and clean. We are picky travelers and we loved this place! "

"The lodge was very comfortable and well equipped. However, 2 things let it down.... the doors didn't close properly, and for me the biggest one was no wifi. Its listed as available but I could'nt get it to work, that combined with poor mobile signal made it difficult to make arrangements with family locally. Very nice non the less."
