"Lovely Villa walkable close to shops and restaurants. Very clean and tidy on arrival. The cycling round here is great with tracks and trails for road riders and mountain bikes. Just or EuroVelo1 you can go as far as you like along the mostly very flat trails though the pine forests. Also just off one of the pilgrim trails. Very good communication and assistance from our hosts before and during the stay. Checkout was easy as well. Had a good time here !"

"The house is exactly as described in the listing and more! It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all the kitchen equipment you'd need. The outside space is lovely with a great view of the golf course. Check in was a bit confusing for us as there are two entrances to the Golf Residences which we didn't realise, so we ended up at the wrong one. Jocelyn helpfully sent up a dropped pin and we finally found the property. The location is lovely, but a good 20 minute walk to the beach...

"Maison propre, très agréable et très bien équipée ! Nous y étions à 16 personnes dont des adolescents, chacun a pu trouver sa place et son occupation sans se marcher dessus. L’environnement est calme mais on reste près de tous. Jennifer et son mari nous ont très bien accueilli. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. 😊"

"Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in Mimizan-Plage im Haus von Nicolas und Jana. Die Verwaltung vor Ort läuft nicht direkt über die Eigentümer, sondern über eine etwas überlastete Agentur. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen. An die Promenade und zum Meer sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt alles was man benötigt in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bäckerei, Supermarkt etc).
