"Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Es legt fußläufig zum Strand. Das Häuschen ist eigentlich total süß und voller Potenzial. Der Vermieter ist super nett und zuverlässig. Unser Hund hat sich mit Strand und Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nachbarn sind angenehm ruhig und man kann gut schlafen. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft das Haus sehr ungepflegt, so dass ich es erstmal geputzt und alleDecken und Kissenbezüge gewaschen habe. "I was impressed with this villa from the start. Satnav directions straight to the door. Communications from Claire Rouy excellent. The person who met us Ms Guinouard was very pleasant and helpful. The villa has everything you could ask for. Restaurants are excellent and within easy driving distance we found one in Mimizan centre a hotel excellent and spoke some English.
