"If you arrive by car in the dark then its not easy to see the driveway to the Reception nor where you can actually park. You have to go in and ask! "When we arrived at 3pm per our check in instructions, we were told the room would not be available until 5-530pm. Floors were dirty and the room is in need of updates. People at the front desk were friendly but did not speak any English. Although stated on hotels.com that English was spoken. "

"We all love this house!! This is our second stay here and all the family had a wonderful holiday. The pool is warm and beautifully clean...we could not get the children out of it!! The house is very generously equipped and spacious inside as well as being on a very private plot, in a quiet neighbourhood. The beautiful sandy Messanges beach is a quick 10 minute cycle ride away and the piste cyclable is only a couple of minutes cycle in the other direction. We had fresh bread and pastries from the nearby bakery every morning and Vieux Boucau with its markets, lake, restaurants and delicious ice creams is only a 15 minute cycle away. Thank you Christophe and Florence....we hope to be back!"

"Service was excellent. We had anticipated a lake view but most of the hotels lake view is blocked by a public indoor pool structure so that was disappointing. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean."
