"Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Es legt fußläufig zum Strand. Das Häuschen ist eigentlich total süß und voller Potenzial. Der Vermieter ist super nett und zuverlässig. "I was impressed with this villa from the start. Satnav directions straight to the door. Communications from Claire Rouy excellent. The person who met us Ms Guinouard was very pleasant and helpful. The villa has everything you could ask for. Restaurants are excellent and within easy driving distance we found one in Mimizan centre a hotel excellent and spoke some English. "The house is exactly as described in the listing and more! It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all the kitchen equipment you'd need. The outside space is lovely with a great view of the golf course. Check in was a bit confusing for us as there are two entrances to the Golf Residences which we didn't realise, so we ended up at the wrong one. Jocelyn helpfully sent up a dropped pin and we finally found the property. The location is lovely, but a good 20 minute walk to the beach...
