"The owner definitely pays attention to details. It had towels laid out in these cute little baskets a well stocked kitchen in terms of tools and the decor was very charming. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it is an older building so the water pressure in the shower was low, there's no dishwasher and it is a 2 flat and the upstairs unit controlled the heat and we were on the first floor."

"Me and my sons were in town for a football game and enjoyed our stay in this comfortable basement apartment. Oak Park is a great little suburb of Chicago with a great selections of restaurants and nearby shopping. The hosts were easy to communicate with when our code to get in the apartment didn’t work. World recommend this place for smaller parties 3-4 people and would stay here again."

If you are not using the app, just the website, you don't get notifications of any communication. "Two friends stayed in this 2-bedroom home and it was perfect for us. Lisa was a wonderful host and the home was comfortable and clean. Very quiet, too! Walking distance (2 blocks) to the main street with many restaurant options and shops to check out. Blue line from O'Hare was easy, but took an Uber back (and to Midway for other person). Super walkable in all directions. Would definitely stay again!"

"My stay was amazing I appreciate jd for being extremely understanding and quick to respond. I came here for a birthday vacay but due to the storm in Florida my stay was extended and I’d helped accommodate me and my sister until we can find an optional route out of town. "Beautiful property in a convenient location. Only hiccup was that I didn’t receive the code for the door by check in, and had to call, but that was resolved quickly. Amenities such as soaps, towels, and dishes were well stocked, and we really enjoyed the mini pool table. We also felt very secure, with our car in the garage. Would definitely come back!"
