"Walked into the unit to find several items were needed/missing: namely a crib and various necessary kitchen items. Host was quick to answer my texts and to connect w/ his staff to purchase and deliver the missing items. The disappointing part was that i could not come into the unit and immediately begin prepping dinner for my family who were due to arrive an hour later. "Stayed over Vday weekend— no complaints, space was nice and served my needs perfectly. Had lots of animal/pet related decor and gave the space a nice aesthetic. Owner was communicative and easy to work with! The space had nice amenities like towels, linens, projector, appliances, and etc. Neighborhood was very cute too, walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. "

"Cute spot, recommend host to remodel flooring and appliances. Refrigerator is noisy. Heater system was also very loud at night. Not sure if that’s common in most homes in older Chicago. Host was great in response rate. Overall enjoyed stay."

"Two friends stayed in this 2-bedroom home and it was perfect for us. Lisa was a wonderful host and the home was comfortable and clean. Very quiet, too! Walking distance (2 blocks) to the main street with many restaurant options and shops to check out. Blue line from O'Hare was easy, but took an Uber back (and to Midway for other person). Super walkable in all directions. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great place overall, location was superb and the place itself was nice. The train from the Armitage stop is super loud though in case that bothers someone. The back rooms behind the second bedroom are so spooky lol but otherwise the place is cute and cozy!"

"Wonderful apartment with plenty of space for 3 of us on a work-related trip to Oak Park. Comfortable over a range of temperatures, nice kitchen facilities, excellent laundry, spotlessly clean. Quiet with the windows closed, beautiful deck in the back we used the first (warm) day we were there. Nice one parking space on premise. Only minor issues were top (third) floor location/walk up when toting groceries and TV was a bit difficult to use. Would love to stay there again!"
