"The room was very nice, however the water in the bath/ shower was warm at most. A person came in late and was loud in the hall and in getting into their room across the hall from us a few doors from the lobby. I came out into the lobby to see what all was going on. The front staff was nice and offered to help if needed, but explained. Food was good for breakfast.,"

"The front desk staff was so friendly at check in. We came to ski Beech Mountain and it was about a 30min drive. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and fireplace. We were really close to several restaurants and stores for last minute needs. Overall would stay here again!"

"The Hotel was very nice and the personnel was very attentive. We liked the pool as well. Our only issue was the limited towels in the pool and the room, it was a time that we needed towels for the pool to come out, we asked for a couple of towels and even dough the staff was really attentive they didn't have more towels."
