"This was our second time staying here and hopefully not the last! We are a group of college friends and this rental could not be any more perfect for us. We love that there are plenty of beds and bathrooms, and a large kitchen/dining/living room where we can all comfortably gather. I have stayed in MANY beach rentals (mostly in NJ) and this is BY FAR the most well-equipped one. The amenities are endless. Most Importantly, the home is impeccably clean. "We had a wonderful time at Ryan’s house. The home is very comfortable, well equipped with everything we could have needed for the beach, cooking, entertaining. We had an 8 month old and the house had lots of baby gates, playpens, cribs, high chair, ect that made things so much easier on us. The beach was also lovely - very quiet, great for dogs and the water was calm, which was great for kids to play in. Ryan was a great host and we would gladly stay again."

"Great quiet location near the ferry that allows pets. Very close to Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks for our pre-teen. The place is clean with pet sensible furnishing. I read the other reviews about out-dated furniture but I wouldn’t expect luxury carpeting/furniture at a pet friendly beach rental. We saw dolphins several times throughout our stay, both at the beach and from the porch. Just great to be steps away from a quiet beach! "

"We chose October to stay at this beautiful rental for a couple of reasons- Black flies are usually fewer and the beaches are less crowded. The hosts are wonderful at communicating if needed, cupboards are stocked with many of the basics, all linens and towels are provided. We used the porta crib for my 9 month old grandson. The Bay behind the house is amazing, we watched the sunset from the deck and the beach and ocean is right across the street. All in all, we definitely recommend this...

The location was perfect and within very short walking distance to Rehoboth Ave. without being in the super busy area. Would definitely stay here again! "
