"This was our second trip here because of the fantastic walk-to-everywhere location. Plenty of room for 3 friends, and we will be back soon! Just a note for improvement: The mattresses need an upgrade and there is general deferred maintenance. But overall, this is a super value for the price. Thanks Gaysha!"

"The house was clean with plenty of space and extras to make the week comfortable. Sea Colony was an excellent location with lots of great pools, easy access to the beach with the trams, great sport activities for our teen and college age kids. It was a quiet and scenic neighborhood with trees, landscaping, lakes and walking trails. Very close to the boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf and shops. We really enjoyed our vacation!"

"Great place to stay! The communication with the property manager was very good. The house was big enough for my husband and I, four of our adult children and some grandchildren. The bedrooms are spacious and we had enough beds and pillows for all. Our stay was in November, and we still enjoyed walking the beach, which was about a block away from the house, and watching the sunrise. "Our stay at the farmhouse was beautiful. The best features were the open floor plan, the spacious outdoor deck, and the backyard overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway. It’s just a 5-minute ride to the beach within the community, which is dog-friendly with opportunities for fishing. Plus, the house itself is pet-friendly, which made it even better!"
