"I liked that it was quiet except for the chickens and the garbsge tryckd. It was very peaceful. A close walk along a paved trail right to the beach with salt pools. Easy swimming and snorkeling. Water was super clear."

"Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. I was on a solo birthday trip, but they went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable. Pool area was beautiful and I enjoyed the 7am yoga that the hotel offered. My favorite thing was the pool bar and all the food selections were yummy. Only thing would be parking late at night, the lot gets full so it was hard to find a spot coming back late, but I had such an amazing time and the hotel is located close to many restaurants and conveniently on the beach. Thank you!"

"The staff was super helpful and very friendly. They let us in hours early cleaning the room as soon as someone left. We had been stranded overnight in the airport and hadn’t slept and they let us in not earlier than our check in time and that was really appreciated. They also offered us breakfast when we showed up and let us Lounge around the pool, trying to catch some snoozes, really helpful and greatly appreciated."

"Very nice, clean, stylish and updated rooms with multiple charging options. Unfortunately, the streaming services were not functioning so I couldn’t log into Netflix but who comes to Hawaii to watch TV anyway?!? The hotel itself is very nicely manicured and the food was great!! "

"Nice area, close to the harbor. We got a second floor two-bedroom property with excellent views of the harbor area and cruise ships. Easy access to the airport and shopping around is a plus. We enjoyed our stay here."

"Great place for a few nights. Due to the storms, we unexpectedly found ourselves without a place on Kauai for 2 nights. Kauai Palms was available and had what we needed: a kitchen for all the groceries we had previously bought. The receptionist could not have been more friendly, understanding, and accommodating. We were able to store our luggage on the last day for a couple of hours for free. There is no view. It is down a city street. Typical old-school motel, but still lovely in its own way."

Our first night at Timbers was magical with palm trees, flowering tropical plants and lighted tiki torches. Everything is first class: the food, the service, the beautiful surroundings. "
