Clean, smart, professional, relaxed, lovely food and drinks and just right. Excellent location. I was blown away by the great vibes of the staff team - their kindness, smiles and best wishes, and how well they helped me with all sorts of little things day by day like arranging food, adding nights onto my stay, check out times, room service, meals, room cleaning, bringing extra water etc. The reception team are all incredibly welcoming. I would like to personally mention Yasser on reception who I saw most. He couldn’t have been nicer and so professional to me and other guests.
