"Great quiet location near the ferry that allows pets. Very close to Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks for our pre-teen. The place is clean with pet sensible furnishing. I read the other reviews about out-dated furniture but I wouldn’t expect luxury carpeting/furniture at a pet friendly beach rental. We saw dolphins several times throughout our stay, both at the beach and from the porch. Just great to be steps away from a quiet beach! "

"Older rental with general signs of wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Close to all local attractions, especially easy during off season. Recommend a good carpet clean and blinds in kitchen for privacy, but otherwise a good deal for location and space. "

"This home was the most well-equipped and clean rental our group has ever experienced. The porch/deck/large property gates allowed our dogs to be with us whenever we were outside enjoying the day. The location was central to many activities. Since we were so near the trails, we walked 3 miles each morning with our furry family. The Bay beaches were so close we were able to walk with the dogs before 8:00 am, also. We explored the local activities like The Farmer's Market/Historical Society's...

"We stayed in this property with our children and grandchildren, and loved not only the spaciousness and comfort of the home, but also the great proximity to the beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, and a community pool. The house met everyone's needs!"

"Great little house, very clean and stocked, easily walkable to all the Lewes establishments, short drive/bike or just a bit of a hike to the beach. Enjoyed hanging on the back screen porch and taking advantage of all the provided beach amenities (chairs, towels, umbrella), games, and thoughtful kitchen touches like filtered water, frosted mugs, etc. The stairs are steep, so might be concerning for a young child or not so sure-footed adult, but otherwise you will enjoy and we'll look to come...
