"Overall nice stay. Would recommend mentioning is a 3rd floor with no elevator access in listing, as we were not aware. Place is a nice size. Had a few misses with cleanliness and missing items (trashbags, enough dish soap) but we supplemented. Was great to have a washer dryer and the community pool. Location is okay, but you do have to drive to get anywhere, off a very busy road, but still 15 min to great beaches. A nice spot for anyone looki for a good amount of space and doesn't mind...

"The apartment has all the features to accommodate a family of four or two couples (quiet area, big kitchen, two bathrooms, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer). It is located at short distance of a variety of beaches (Savannah beach (wild beach without waves), Rehoboth beach (urban beach with waves) and Cap Henlopen beach (wild beach with waves)), shops and restaurants. "Small space, but just as described. Location was great. Kids enjoyed the pool. We experienced a town-wide water shutoff due to a water main break during our stay and our host was really quick to inform us and offer assistance."

The hosts left an informative binder with easy to understand instructions on the bike trails, shops, and restaurants nearby. "Unit is situated in a great location with easy access to bike trail, restaurants and Lewes town. The condo was very clean, with nice quality bed and bath linens. Property manager was very responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. Only cautions, the unit is a third story walk-up, which maybe a concern for those with limited mobility; rooms are equipped with blinds that are not room darkening and morning sun in master bedroom is quite bright.
