"The caravan its self was ok. a little dated and obviously had dogs in there before we were there. However the communication with Linden Lodgings who look after the booking is shocking. I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking. Not picking up the phone nor responding to emails"

"The lodge was good, bedroom good size and bathroom a nice size. Sealant in shower could do with being replaced but it didn't bother us. The sofa was a bit low for my husband so glad the chair was there."

"We enjoyed the location, but unfortunately the rooms where smaller than other caravans I have had holidays in. It was difficult to move around in the bedrooms. Some fixtures where not fixed properly and some of the blinds where dirty when we rolled them down.The Kitchen / living room areas where clean and had everything you needed for your stay. "We booked this caravan for a 2 night stay for 7 people. Check in was very simple, with the key available in a key safe and we loved the view of the pond from the balcony. The twin bedrooms were very small and the beds very close together so really only suitable for children, which we didn't realise when booking for adult occupancy.
