"Little mix up with our room when we first go here but staff were so quick to rectify and so apologetic. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and plenty of towels. Lovely shower. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious. Thank you we will be back "

"TV doesn't work, the door to the toilet doesn't close properly. The carpet is stained, basically it needs to spend money on improvement. Ok for a single night, but we won't choose the hotel again."

"The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful! The room was great, and very nice/clean for the price. Exceeded our expectations! They had everything perfectly set up for 4 people, the trundle bed was even already made. Also, a perfect location for getting to the airport early the next morning. Overall a wonderful experience. "

"Not bad for a budget hotel, basic amenaties, room was spacious and warm. Air Con made a racket though but fortunately didn't need it on that much. Breakfast was mediocre but it usually is in Holiday Inn Express. Good location though and staff were pleasant."
