"The house was perfect for our family of 11. Plenty of bedrooms spaced out. The pool was lovely, and our grandchildren spent a lot of time in it. The upstairs patio eating area was perfect for our dinners as the table sat 12 and it was covered so shaded when sunny and sheltered when there was rain. Abundance of towels and pool chairs. Robert the owner was very responsive when we had questions."

Points of concern, a fully stocked kitchen should have a chef’s knife, tongs, spatula and adult size cocktail glasses. Ice cube trays or ice would be appreciated. Opening and utilizing the safe needs to be addressed. Thanks for a wonderful vacation experience "

"Great place to stay. Philippe, the host was kind and responsive to our requsts. Even drove halfway around the island to get us coffee filters. Be sure to get a car though, as even though my wife and I did walk to and from the villa into town a couple of times, it is a steep trek! There are no taxis in Drshaies"

"This property was was just what we were looking for. Lots of space to relax and get together and still be able to have quiet time alone. The view is awesome, you can see a long way! Up on the hill so you get great breezes which is nice when it get hot - pool is a blessing at this time as well. The location was great for us, close to the amenities we needed and lots of great beaches. Highly recommend. would stay again no problem. - one caution - get a SIM card for your phone that allows voice...

"We enjoyed a very restful vacation at the Villa Ponm Kann 'L in Deshaies. The view was lovely. The house was very clean and well equipped. The covered deck was an added bonus as unfortunately we had rain almost everyday but we were able to be outside with out getting wet. Easy walk to the bakery. We felt very safe and quiet in the neighborhood. A car is required to get groceries and go to the beaches and other activities. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return."
