Villas in Guadeloupe

"On VRBO app the location stated we were a 5 min walk to the St Anne beach. We had difficulty communicating with the French speaking host and they had to come and lead us to the property in the dark. It was 20 minutes up the mountain on poor road conditions. We contacted the VRBO rep in the am and they connected with Abritel. We were given a partial refundrefunded The host was very gracious and understanding that we wanted to relocate."

"We stayed for a week as a family of 8 including 3 teens. The open nature of the house was wonderful! Being able to wander out to the pool or lounge on the covered porch or walk down to snorkel across the street was divine. The kitchen had all we need. The host was so welcoming and provided a welcome meal and a delightful punch on our last day. The one time we had an issue they fixed it immediately! The location was both quiet and convenient for St Francis, Sainte Anne and other areas of Grande...

C’est un endroit spacieux, bien aménagé et bien équipé.Dès le moment où j’ai fait la 1ère demande pour la réservation de la villa, le propriétaire, David, a été excellent en termes de communication. Il a fourni des détails en temps opportun et a répondu à toutes les questions de ma famille. Ce furent des vacances de rêve pour ma femme et moi, nos 3 enfants et leurs conjoints, et nos 6 petits-enfants, âgés de 18 mois à 18 ans. L’établissement était...

"The listing said daily house keeping and breakfast was provided but it wasn't. The actual title of the house said that as well. The owner told me to contact VRBO but they have nothing to do with what the listing says. He then stopped responding. Everything else was as described and the house is clean and specious."

"Enjoyed our stay very much. Beautifully maintained, private and relaxing. Would love to stay again. Points of concern, a fully stocked kitchen should have a chef’s knife, tongs, spatula and adult size cocktail glasses. Ice cube trays or ice would be appreciated. Opening and utilizing the safe needs to be addressed. Thanks for a wonderful vacation experience "

"Nous avons profité pleinement de notre séjour dans cette magnifique villa avec piscine. Un super accueil des propriétaires avec qui il est facile d'échanger. Un repas nous a ete proposé a notre arrivé ce qui a été fort apprécié. Le repas était de qualité et généreux. La villa est très bien équipé et confortable.Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires qui ont été aux petits soins avec nous en nous apportant régulièrement des fruits de leurs jardins!...

"Très joli logement au milieu d'une végétation tropicale,déconnection totale. Bien équipé. Christian nous a très bien reçu et aidé à monter nos bagages. Il faut une voiture puissante! "We enjoyed a very restful vacation at the Villa Ponm Kann 'L in Deshaies. The view was lovely. The house was very clean and well equipped. The covered deck was an added bonus as unfortunately we had rain almost everyday but we were able to be outside with out getting wet. Easy walk to the bakery. We felt very safe and quiet in the neighborhood. A car is required to get groceries and go to the beaches and other activities. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return."
