"The grass needed mowed. The house was clean it could use a toaster food strain and the light underneath the water in the pool was floating in the water with wires. The wires were connected though. There was some inside ceiling issues but no leaked due to hurricane. But for the price in all it was nice. "

"House is located between a busy commercial area and high-end homes near Edison Estate within 1.5 miles of downtown Ft Myers which was our main reason for coming. Traveling with a dog, a fenced in yard was a necessity since i have mobility issues preventing me from walking. Unfortunately, the fenced in yard was all rock. Not a place for her to even lie down.. The house has 3 beds which were all comfortable but not a dresser in any of them for clothes or to my my glasses ir phone down. The...
