"I liked how it was a big place, but was also private in its own way. There were multiple pools, and it felt like we were in our own little neck of the woods. The staff was amazing!! Everyone was so friendly, and the food was outstanding. Loved everything about it. "

"Checkin was easy and friendly. Our room had a wet towel on the floor, and one of the cups opened, as though someone had started there but then asked for another room. The desk clerk offered us another room, but we said we just wanted to turn in the wet towel, and get another glass. She fixed that, and gave us a couple of complimentary bottles of water. The laundry was easy to use, and no problem getting the needed number of quarters from the desk. The shuttle was there and ready at 3:15 AM, and we got to the airport quickly. We missed out on the take-away snack, but I think it wasn't so great anyway. (I heard from someone else checking in that breakfast was great, so sorry to have missed that) "

"Great hotel! The room was perfectly cleaned and the housekeeping lady even left us a cute note! Very modern and comfortable room. The breakfast was amazing, it had a good variety of options to eat from. There is parking available with 24/7 security. Its about 25 min away from downtown San Jose. "
