"Bank Cottage was a great spot for our family to stay the weekend. We loved the spot on the river and the garden was safe for our little ones. We didn’t have to worry about anyone falling in the Severn! The cooking and dining facilities were fine and we enjoyed the sitting area overlooking the patio. "We loved this place as soon as we set our eyes on it, both from the outside and the inside. Plenty of space in all rooms and everything else that you'd need, from wood to make a fire to a few biscuits and tea. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Lovely grounds too. Not too far from the hills for walking or visiting nearby villages and towns. Plenty of local walks too. The pub up the road, The Butchers Arms serves excellent food as well as drinks. All in all, an excellent place to stay. Thank you. "

Our host, Emily, was very helpful with info about travelling to and from the town and responded to enquiries quickly. "We had the most marvelous time at this property. We were met by cherrie hosts Who helped us navigate their tricky entrance. The cottage is absolutely wonderful. They had milk, cookies, and chocolate poundcake waiting for us. The accommodations were modern and very clean and functional. We have nothing negative to say at all and will definitely stay there again for our next visit."
