"Staying at Fa was truly a mixed bag; moments of bliss and delight but times of frustration. There was plenty of parking and the location in Helmsley is beautiful. The welcome at hotel and spa reception was par excellence. The quality of the evening meal (food and service) was wonderful. A true highlight of the stay. In the room, there was a great selection of teas, etc, the dressing gowns were well proportioned and the shampoo, etc lovely smelling. The spa had a lovely relaxation room and there...

We attended the New Years Eve dinner and disco which was good value for money. Again the staff were friendly. Food was very good as was the entertainment. Breakfast was equally as good with a wide selection at the buffet. A brilliant stay and we look forward to coming back. "
