"Just returned from a family snowboarding half term holiday. The hotel is in a great location for both the shops and the ski lifts. The spa is very clean and has a great lay out. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Reception is lovely with great staff who all speak fantastic English. Room had a large balcony too. Towels, soaps and bed linen is all supplied. (you do have to rent robes). Only changes I would have made are- Fold out sofa beds are not very comfy. I would have liked more /...

"Nice place, great location for grand massif ski lift and only short 5 min walk into town. Pool and SPA facilities were great after long day on the slopes. Room of decent standard although heating is controlled by reception, ours kept going off and because reception is part time couldn’t always contact them to switch it on. Kids enjoyed the pool table in reception but only downside was they closed early at 8pm could have been done with staying open a little longer. Negatives would be that WiFi...

"Really clean and presentable. Modern apartment with nice kitchen, living area and bedrooms… balcony was a nice touch. Lots of paid parking available underneath complex. Early check in wasn’t an issue. Pool and hot tub were abit on the colder side for my liking. Nice sauna and steam room. Gym also available. Spacious ski locker available with the room. "

"My second time staying in Flaine in consecutive years. This is not what I'd class as a hotel but private apartments that are used for tourism during the ski season. The room is large, divided into 2 spaces, the living space consisting of studio kitchen, eating and lounge space, and then the large sleeping space which in our case was made up of 2 single beds and a bunk bed. "Brilliantly located hotel with easy access to the lifts and also the forum area of Flaine, lots of local bars and restaurants to enjoy too, The Hotel is clean and spacious a with a large equipment room with boot dryer. The restaurant offers a good selection and changes daily, We very much enjoyed our stay truly a 5* 3*hotel! "
