We were in town for a family Christmas and needed a few extra beds and a quiet space for a break from the exuberance of 10 grandkids. Perfect peacefulness to be found at this cottage. "Having never been in Iowa before it was such a pleasure to spend a very short, unfortunately, time in charming Le Claire. This home is very comfortable and well maintained. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood close to the freeway. I wish we’d had time to stay another night or two. The sheets were nice as was the bed. These are thoughtful hosts that even provided for forgotten toiletries. Loved it!"
