"I travel the world for a living and stay at many hotels. Not an active reviewer, but want to make sure I give my positive feedback for Okko Hotels Toulon. Impressive customer service and friendly staff - I LOVE ‘the club’ - it’s my morning coffee, my office, and truly enjoy the little Happy Hour in the evening with snacks, local wine and beer. Staff is extremely attentionate and scores high on personal service. Highly recommend this place as ‘the hotel’ downtown Toulon."

"We stayed here for a rugby weekend, and found the location to be perfect. Short walk to the stadium, and very central to all other attractions in the town. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough. The restaurant on site is brilliant. Great set menu for dinner and good choice of wines and champagnes. "Good place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff and the pool area was lovely. Unusual cleaning schedule I.e. between 3:30 and 6:30pm when you might be resting or getting ready to go to dine. Wi-Fi connection somewhat unreliable. Bus stop just at the end of the road for local trips to beautiful Bormes les Mimosas Village. Very quiet and safe. Good air conditioning in rooms. Close to some lovely beaches some with blue flags. Thank you."

"It was a simple room, with few outlets but OK. The biggest problem was that I had a spectacular wipeout in the bathroom. It was partially my fault as I didn't use the towel bath mat, but the floor was extremely slippery as there was no separation between shower and the rest of the bathroom floor (no barrier to the water). I advised the hotel that they should coat the floor with some slip-resistance coating. When the WiFi didn't work the second day, the front desk gave me another network...

"Do not be deceived by the "double bed" it is a normal King size ...but they used the French word "double". Although the bedroom is pretty small, it was sparkling clean and the breakfast buffet was fantastic (small viennoiseries, ham, cheese, eggs, real OJ...) This hotel is run by the on-site managers and they take pride in their property. I highly recommend"
