A very good stay outside Toulon
A very good stay outside Toulon. Super good bed. Super good breakfast. Nice pool - even if it was to cold at our stay. Free parking (with gate at night hours). We also had dinner in our price - which was good. But... no change in the menu for three evenings... Otherwise - we fully recommend this hotel

It would be lovely to have coffee making facilities in the room. After a long drive and getting up to our room we then had to pop back down to the bar. Not the end of the world but a nice to have.

Séjour agréable Par contre il y a un sérieux erreur de recrutement en ce qui concerne le responsable de l accueil qui se permet de hausser le ton dès qu on lui demande des détails sur la facturation et qui continue de crier sans même expliquer au client les détails (que je ne contestais pas) Très mauvaise impression finale dans un hôtel où tout roule comme il se doit.

Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine mais les transats ne sont Nettoyer, la ligne d’eau de la piscine est très encrassé, une odeur très désagréable lorsqu’on arrive dans cet hôtel ainsi que dans la chambre. Par contre le service d’étage nettoyage des chambres sont faits correctement. Le personnel est agréable. Je mets une note de 5/10 J’estime que les chambres ne sont pas donnés au niveau du prix et si vous apporter un service autant que ce soit correct partout.
