The hotel, staff and breakfast are all good. I would have given the hotel a 4 or 5 overall rating but, I had prepaid on Expedia early on the day of arrival. On arrival I was asked to pay again as the reception staff said I hadn’t paid. Therefore I’ve now paid twice. After proving I’d paid twice they’ve said they will get a refund. I check out today but still no refund so I will have to chase after departure. All good apart from that but the room space is a bit tight. I would use KYRIAD again as have stayed before.

Bastante mediocre! No repetiría.
Habitación minúscula, menos que una cabina de ferry. Decepcionante y un fracaso para el precio que cuestan las habitaciones. Limpieza escasa, hasta en los pasillos del hotel huele mal y las alfombras están muy sucias. El hotel no tiene ascensor. Lo único bueno fue el parking, el aire acondicionado y la persona que nos hizo el checkin, muy amable que además nos habló en español. Por lo demás, tienen un suspenso.
