Hotels.com confirmed my reservation was paid for and reserved, but it was canceled within an hour of check in time and we were left scrambling to find a place to stay with two children. Absolute nightmare. Unable to actually reach anyone at the phone number. Fairly certain it was a scam from the beginning. Still awaiting a refund."

There were 4 guests booked, but only two sets of towels provided, no linens for the pullout couch, half the daily care amenities were simply missing, and there was one (1) soup for all of us to share and that was a 99 cent soap pump for washing your hands. I didn’t know I had to bring my own soup??? I could have, or just brought the soap the other hotels provided to this...
