"Das Hotel ist neu und schön eingerichtet. Es hat gute öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, mit welchem man schnell in Ascona oder Locarno ist. Toll für uns war zusätzlich, dass es Ladestationen für Elektroautos hatte. Der Tagespreis für den Parkplatz dünkt uns eher hoch und das Checkin hat auch eher länger gedauert als erwartet; das Ticino-Ticket wurde uns erst auf Nachfragen ausgehändigt und vorhin nicht erwähnt/angepriesen."

It would be good if they consider renovations of rooms as there is no electrical outlet or usb chargers and perhaps new fridges in the rooms. "Very convenient to downtown Locarno. Staff very helpful! Breakfast excellent! Parking was tough! Very tight access and spaces. Laundry turned out to be one washer and one dryer in the basement. We had chosen the hotel specifically to be able to catch up on laundry. We thought there was a washer/dryer in each unit. It worked out ok, but we were lucky, as this turns out to be a tour hotel with many large groups. We will stay again, just understand the constraints better. "

"Really clean hotel with all the amenities you need. Basic but it’s what you pay for. The location is ideal as it’s very central. Was kindly upgraded to a private bathroom too and the 10% discount for the restaurant is a bonus which was excellent food. The woman on reception was very helpful and kind too. "charming hotel, front desk guy was SO helpful & nice. it is hard to find - i stopped at a pharmacy to ask for location, they didn't know & it was about 3 minute walking beyond. to find it, you can walk from the train station (10-15 min) towards the main plaza, keep going almost to the end. on the right tucked in the back, after the shops, is the entrance. only complaint is no tv channels in english. which normally isn't important, except that everything in the town except restaurants closes by...

"Good location for the Moon & Stars festival. Nicely decorated and very clean. No reception so you get an online check-in form the day before but I didn't so I had to ask for it - that was slightly intense. When checking out, you're supposed to pay city tax at the restaurant at the ground floor. In my case, the staff were so busy and I waited for at least 20 minutes to get it sorted. That was the only down side staying at this hotel. "
