"A bit difficult to find as it is in a pedestrianised zone and hotel parking is limited, but the place itself was very nice. Quote a distance from reception to our room in another part of the hotel, but we were right on the lake with lovely views. The room and bathroom were clean and adequate for our purposes (overnight stop). Breakfast was good, and we were lucky with the weather, so ate outside on the terrace. Plenty of restaurants in the area for evening meals."

"Fabulous location overlooking Lake Maggiore, and across the road from the ferry port, making it super-easy to visit the Borromeo Islands and even Switzerland! The room was beautifully clean and comfortable. What was particularly nice was the free coffee bar in the lounge and the "sweetie bar" in reception, and the welcome drinks & nibbles were an exceptional touch. Everything is within close walking distance, with lots of nearby restaurants and cafés. Would definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Rosa. The staff we extremely helpful, providing excellent tips for dinner and even booking tables for us. All of which were within a 10 minute walk. They even went above and beyond by helping me print tickets for an event. The room, for a family of 4, had a spacious layout and the view was very impressive. The breakfast buffet was excellent, more than meeting our expectations. "

"We booked Castello Dal Pozzo as a special treat to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The whole estate is just stunning, and the team was so welcoming. They gave us a lovely upgrade for our anniversary and were so accommodating for my coeliac disease. The pool was incredible! As were the views and, of course, the wine room! "We had a nice stay at Hotel Corte. The location is very close to the ferry station and all of the sights and restaurants. The front desk workers were very nice and helpful. The room was a little small but nice. "
