Amazing Deluxe Suite! We have been with my dog and the Hotel was absolutely pet friendly with also a Pets Menu in the room ! Very nice and relaxing SPA area, swimming pool outdoor/indoor for adults only from 7pm as well. Only negative note is on the view from our room that was not so great since we were at first floor only and with the mountains mostly covered by the building in front of the balcony.

What a luxurious, friendly and well equipped hotel. We couldn’t recommend it more highly - from the moment we arrived to check in we knew we had made the right decision. World class resort. Will be returning. Only complaint is the change to an Omakase only menu for The Japanese Restaurant, and the room above the underground parking was quite noisy with cars and bikes. There were plenty of vacant rooms, it would have been nice to stay on a quieter side.

The Chedi is beautiful. Loved their pools, walkable to everything in town, and easy hikes. We got stuck in the rain one night and the hotel sent a car to pick us up which was so nice.
