"Change is a unique experience in luxury and seeing how the “others” live. The rooms at Crown Plaza are really well designed and maintained. They have filtered water so that plastic water bottles are not necessary. Towels are well lay out. Climate in the room is truly adjustable. There wasn’t much of a view, but that was a small complaint. The jewel is a glass mall adjacent to the Chrome Plaza hotel. This multilevel building is otherworldly. There is a waterfall passing through the center of it because it is actually donut shaped. In the central part of the building, there are tropicalplants growing. The building contained so many restaurants so as to make it difficult to choose there are also stores of all kinds, including clothing, groceries, travel, etc. I could’ve stayed at the Crowne Plaza another couple of weeks without boredom "

"Overall the property was clean, staff were excellent and we loved our stay at the hotel. It was quiet and easy link to MRT and the rest of singapore. One area of improvement we felt was the update in the bathroom to really make the hotel 5 stars after an update. Beds were comfy and spacious with a view over the marina. "

"Very good position to explore all areas of Singapore. Service and hotel fine but it is showing age and would present better with new carpeting. Showers were great but again decor showing its age. Good value for money"
