"The big plus is the price. I had 13 adults and 4 kids in one group. They acomidated us by using two of the rooms as family rooms. The booking is apparently per bed not per room. So this is more for backpacking. unfortunately there is a night club right next door to one of our rooms and the bass is bumping. The other room was quite. "The room had no window! Or cupboards. It was really tight but considering the price compared to other hotels it was okay. Close to MRT and buses as well as supermarket and other shops"

"The reception staff are very attentive all the time and the room and bathroom are very impressive they changed the towels and other toiletries at the request and they have good housekeeping. We travelled from the UK and room 509 is a very quiet window room"

"I had to book this hotel last minute from Canada for my daughter who was in Singapore. I actually called the front desk at midnight their time and they were so helpful and although they couldn't beat expedia prices they waited on the phone while I booked everything through Expedia - my daughter arrived a few minutes after I booked and said the place and the people were just amazing. Their balcony looked over a soccer pitch and they loved that. I would recommend for sure. I was really impressed...

"Location is easy to find and near to eateries and shopping (City Square Mall and Mustafa). Rooms are not soundproof and you can hear furniture being dragged, and guests walking and talking even if they are in their rooms. You can still hear the guests up till 2-3am in the night. If you are okay with the noise, this is a very good location given the price that you will be paying for. Staffs are helpful and friendly during our stay."

"The accommodation was good. Shared bathrooms were clean and so was the room. The only downside was neighbouring rooms playing videos loudly late into the night and with my room not being fully walled (i.e. walls were not ceiling height) so it made it difficult to sleep some nights. They need to enforce the quiet time rules more."
