"My wife was graduating at the chase field in Phoenix. Found this house it was super affordable! The property EXCEEDS The value of what you pay! The only recommendation is maybe one of the rooms have another queen or put a king where the queen multiple twins was convenient as well just a thought but other then that all smart TVs in the house it was all pretty new being well lit was awesome I had no worries about my vehiclea while on site.it felt like a high end suite with many rooms had all the...

"My coworkers & I planned to check out a couple spring training games before our work week started. The house was great to bbq at while or after swimming in the heated pool. Our group had a wonderful time & was more than enough for us. Thanks again!!"

"Loved this place! Clean, well stocked kitchen and bedrooms. Nice linens, great decor, lovely yard and beautiful, vibrant neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Host is great, very responsive and easy to work with. Check-in and out were a breeze. There were 3 of us, my older parents and me, we were very comfortable and enjoyed walking on the Grand Canal."

"Was a great place for us! Back yard pool, hot tub, putting green and sitting area was awesome. Close to everything we did while there. Host responded immediately to my messages/questions. "

"My wife and I agreed that this house gets a 5 star rating. It is very well stocked with easy to follow instructions, very clean and very comfortable. It has just about anything a person would need to make their stay enjoyable. It has a great assortment of kitchen accessories, a nice like new refrigerator and other appliances and a washer & dryer. Everything was top notch. And the best part for us was the location being nice and close (about 8 min drive) to our Texas Rangers baseball training...

"Well kept up including the pool and hot tub. It was a fun back yard to hang out in. Everything worked well and it was described accurately. We had a great time. Thank you. "

"The canals in this area host many bird species including egrets, blue herons, cormorants, coots, ducks, and geese. They fly down the waterways and the egrets sleep in a large tree across from the house. It was awesome to see them each day. The electric pontoon boat is a great way to spend relaxing time on the water. "We traveled to the area to enjoy spring training and to see some family. The house was well stocked with everything needed and endless activities. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate we still enjoyed the pool and all the house activities. Would love to stay here again. "

"This little gem could not have been any better! It is exactly as listed; pictured exactly as shown. We stayed for a week with our fur babies. They loved walking the neighborhood every night and the fenced in yard was a bonus! Everything you could want or need is in the Casita. Communication was quickly responded to; the place was clean and quiet. If we are back in the Phoenix area, we would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at this property over spring break with family and friends. When looking at properties; we were looking for a property between certain ballparks. This property was right in the middle, and great location. We enjoyed the neighborhood, accessibility to ballparks, grocery stores, restaurants and breweries. The backyard was awesome, our teens enjoyed corn hole along with the pool, and the adults enjoyed the bar area and the pool. We felt like we were at home in this property. "
