"Unfortunately due to tight international layovers we missed our first two days in the area, and only stayed one night here. The staff was so accommodating and nice and even tried to look to extend our stay with them (even though we couldn’t because we already had another stay booked elsewhere). Most of the staff was fluently bilingual. The reception desk was very helpful at finding good local places. What a beautiful, unique place! I wish we could’ve actually enjoyed being here. "We loved our stay here but wish we’d had at least two nights. It was raining so we couldnt see the volcano. Instead we took a hike to a waterfall and strolled the grounds which were gorgeous. We enjoyed the night tour and saw multiple species of frogs."
