"Beautiful hotel in a very quiet location. Super clean and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was exceptional and the roof top "Vertigo" Lounge Club is a hidden gem. Shopping is close by, but if you are looking for copies, then you are in the wrong place. It's either souvenir shops with I love Tenerife tops and towels or proper designer wear, nothing in between. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quiet to chill out and relax fully."

"The hotel is lovely and the rooftop terrace and pool are amazing with views of the city . The room is very nice quite spacious and modern . We had a lovely view of the harbour and sea from our window . The only negative is the car park which is awkward to find and I actually got stuck trying to manoeuvre around columns. "

"We highly recommend this resort. The views are amazing, staff is very helpful and friendly! Everything is clean, breakfast is good, pool area and bar are great. For us (a couple working remote) it was perfect; wi-fi connection in the room was a bit poor, but faster in the bar area. We really enjoyed night games with Richi, the entertainer, who is very joyful and funny. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay at this resort and it is worth 5 starts."

"We stayed for 5 nights in early April and overall we enjoyed it a lot. The facilities were in great condition and we were even offered an upgrade to a 2-bed, which we appreciated a lot. The apartment was clean, spacious and smelt great, the beds were very comfordable. A couple of lamps didn't work and the AC controller in the bedroom detached from its sticker a couple times but these were minor issues. The resort is located in a quiet area with a supermarket and a few restaurants very close to it. We had rented a car to drive around and explore the island. Finally ,we liked the outdoor pool and the gym which were also in great condition."
