"The hotel is in an excellent location for access to the mall , Tidal Basin, monuments, the capitol, Smithsonian etc We were able to walk everywhere. Hotel was clean and comfortable . Staff responsive to requests in friendly manner. Convenient kitchenette. Definitely recommend!!"

"Excellent stay. Highly recommend. Easy parking, clean, friendly. Very accommodating of our dog, and plenty of nearby places for walks. Very short walk to the Kennedy Center. Only one elevator, and it was out of service on the second day. Other than that, absolutely terrific!"

"I loved the hotel. It is small, cozy and has many little fine details that make a huge difference such as complimentary shoe polishing, a little treat from a local candy shop and the slippers. I recommend it and will definitely stay there in a future visit to Alexandria."

"Great location. Very well maintained. Too much tech. No light switches - uses light panels that are nit very user friendly. Need room in the elevator. When you forget your key you have to walk to the other end of the hotel to get a replacement. Very nice poorly designed hotel."
