"I mistakenly booked a room with disability access but when I asked the agent to assist and switch, she told me I must use the room I booked. I ended up using the room but I felt like it was taking out of inventory a room for someone who might really need it. Additionally, the previous guest might have had a dog in the room which is why I had so much dog hairs on my socks and there strategic discolorations on one part of the carpet in the room. Other than that my experience was excellent with perfect location, quiet, and good price. "

She was able to accommodate our room early upon for early check-in, and gave us amazing food and drink recommendations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a great hotel team, in an awesome location, with good amenities. Thank you to the team!"

"Great location- easy walking to the National Mall, Monuments, Museums and the Wharf. Breakfast at the Capital Bistro onsite was delicious and the Starbucks inside made for a quick grab and go snack option. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Only downside was the fire alarm went off about midnight one night but thankfully we didn’t need to evacuate."
