"We were staying in Loveland for parents weekend at CSU. This spot gave us a quick route to the school but also the distance to enjoy ourselves once activities were done. Great neighborhood and areas to eat/drink right close by. "

"This smaller home had almost every amenity one could imagine! Great yard with hot tub and patio. The king bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were tricked out. As someone said in a previous review, there is a serious absence of sharp knives! Otherwise very nice. "

"I could write volumes about this VRBO - it is truly amazing - fully stocked, plenty of room for family and friends, great info from owners on checking in and checking out - it had every dish, and pan, and glass you could hope for. The bathrooms were amazing with toiletries and plush towels. The beds were all super comfy and great sheets and pillows and comforters. The parking is amazing too - the garage would hold two cars then there are several different parking pads out back for oodles to...

"Our 5 family members enjoyed our stay immensely. With 3 family members aged 80 -92 the two bedrooms on the main level were spacious and gave them easy access without having to do any stairs. The downstairs bedroom was comfortable also. Wonderful kitchen and dining areas and a well stocked kitchen as well. We will definitely stay here again. Very convenient location to visit our family in Fort Collins. "

"We stayed in Rancher’s Retreat for my sister-in-laws wedding. It was the perfect house for us. The kids loved being able to take over the downstairs while the adults enjoyed a nice retreat to the back yard. Highly recommend! "
