"We stayed six nights in this incredible home. The views were incredible in every direction and the location perfect for access to anything you may want to do! This home was beyond welcoming with special touches such as coffee flavorings, full spice cabinet, extra quilts/blankets, pillows, bathroom needs, laundry soap, well stocked kitchen, large grill and two wonderful dining tables, and even a candle lit hot tub and pathway area! The list goes on..... The owners truly care about their guests...

"Great location!! Beautiful Fall River off deck. Loved the home, updated nicely, comfy beds. But, lacking on blinds in windows, especially no blind or “frost” in the main floor shower?! One complaint is we never could get the door code to work to unlock the front door. Luckily (or planned we aren’t sure) they left the back sliding door unlocked. Every time we left we had to leave the back sliding door unlocked, and then when we got home we had to go around the house to get in and open up the...

"Everything was just as advertised. No communication needed with owner because all was communicated prior, included in book at residence and there were no issues throughout. Great access to Estes Park and RMNP, but also perfect distance from town to feel away. We had a family of 7 that it worked perfectly for and would definitely fit 8 comfortably. Not new or modern, but quaint and cozy and again, just as advertised! We would definitely come back again!"

It was perfectly laid out for our group which included 4 generations of our family with a beautiful master and 2 main floor bedrooms, with 2 separate bedrooms on the lower floor suitable for children. The views are stunning. The home is well stocked and impeccably furnished. The main room fireplace is huge and emits a lot of heat, which we loved, but may have added to our challenges with maintaining an even heat throughout the home, with the lower floor bathroom floor...

"A group of friends and coworkers planned a trip to this property for a festival downtown. Great location, super quiet and very comfortable. Loved the views of the mountains and the convenience of how close downtown was. Easy check in and out process and all the amenities you can think of. Will be staying here again. Thank you. "

"My adult (20 somethings) kids weren’t able to be home over Christmas, so for their gift I rented this home for us all to spend some time together. Kitchen was perfect for cooking, big dining table was perfect for meals and playing games. Fireplace was nice for evenings watching a movie. Hot tub was nice to warm up and look at the views. Beds are all king size, so plenty of bed space. Main level bed is pretty firm. Downstairs is a little more cushy. Plenty of bathrooms and shower spaces. We...
