"There is a sign out front that says this LaQuinta was voted the number one hotel in Loveland. I can see why. Friendly staff, hotel is clean and updated. Our mattress was super comfortable and the hot breakfasts were delicious. It is quiet and there is a walking/biking trail very close to the hotel. Our only complaint was the Wi-Fi. It was great when we first checked in on Tuesday but with the increase in people closer to the weekend it couldn’t keep up. We will definitely stay here again though. "

"Great location close to visiting our daughter and centally located in town for the activities we were participating in! The property was well maintained and staff especially Jay at the front desk was very accommodating when I needed to call to verify type of room and needed a change to a different floor! It was quiet and a safe neighborhood to be able to walk to campus and downtown from."

"Great property near the college and Old Town. Parking is a bit inconvenient if you aren’t able to find a spot in the lot behind the hotel. A little loud between rooms but it isn’t horrible. Amazing staff. I have stayed there several times. "
