"TV was small, plus on off was not remote. Curtains were old. But room, bed and bedding was fresh, clean and comfortable. Parking easy and convenient, right outside the room door. Check in was quick and not complicated, it literally took 2 minutes."

"The manager was friendly and helpful when the hot water tap didn't get hot. He stressed it was a seasonal operation and they were shutting down at the end of October. It was a cool night 3C. The room was cold and we had to crank up the baseboard heater to full to get it warm enough. The bathroom was ice cold. Could not take a shower as the floors were too cold. Perhaps in the warmer months this property would suffice."

One other issue was that the cottage was a part of 4 other cottages which shared a common dock and access to the river, it was not mentioned in the listing. The cottage was clean and very well equipped, and the owner was very friendly."
